Responsibilities
- Serve as part of the on-call L1 Support rotation, acting as the first line of defense for production outages, incidents, and critical system issues.
- Monitor system alerts and logs, perform initial triage, and escalate to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of production incidents.
- Document incident details, root causes, and corrective actions to support continuous improvement and system stability.
- During non-on-call hours, continue to work on software development, enhancements, testing, and automation initiatives.
- Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs new and existing software applications for customers.
- Analyze code to determine causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
- Participates in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design. Learns to author technical specifications based upon conceptual design and stated business requirements.
- Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Must know JavaScript and SQL Server (or similar databases).
- Familiarity with C# .NET and OOPS concepts preferred.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
- Strong understanding of abstract data relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
