This internship supports the goals of Velocity's Sales Operations team, helping the Velocity Sales team achieve its Bookings objectives by providing insights from data analytics, building dashboards, and improving sales processes.
Your Team
The intern will be a member of Velocity's Sales Operations team, participate in ongoing team meetings, and collaborate with members from other teams within Velocity.
Your Day-to-Day
- Source accounts and contacts that meet Velocity's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Audit and maintain data quality across CRM and integrated tools to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist in optimizing sales workflows and documenting best practices for process improvements
- Support tech stack management by monitoring integrations and troubleshooting issues
- Build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into Velocity Sales performance
- Respond to ad hoc requests from Velocity's GTM teams
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience—academically or through another internship—applying analytical thinking and problem solving
- Strong communicator capable of explaining key findings to colleagues
Preferred
- Familiarity with Excel or similar tools for data analysis
