As our Sales Development Representative - Expansion, SMB, you'll be playing a crucial role in cross-selling across existing accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts for all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact you'll create on the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the broader sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.

Responsibilities
- Generate customer expansion opportunities through cross-sell to existing customers, outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Consult existing clients on their internal process to drive change and expand the use of Deel's product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Sales Qualified Opportunities and pipeline progression.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

- You have experience identifying opportunities across a wide range of segments and territories including Israel.
- You have experience working in a high-volume and high-pressure environment.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset.
- You have a way with words and can write email and sequence campaigns that convert.
- You are passionate about the customer experience and helping organisations meet their objectives.
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
- Full language proficiency in English
- You have worked for an HR or Fintech company
- Have previous Sales Development Experience
- You've worked at a fast-growing startup
- You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
