This two-year apprenticeship combines classroom learning with hands-on experience.

You’ll rotate through projects that show you just how wide-ranging risk management can be - from fraud prevention to regulatory compliance.

• Understanding legal and regulatory frameworks (yes, the rules of the game)
• Presenting complex information clearly (because jargon doesn’t help anyone)
• Reporting and analysing risk situations
• How to build evidence-based reports leaders can act on

Requirements
What you need to apply

• You’ll need to be at least 18 years old by the end of February 2027
• 5 Nat 5s at grade A-C, including both Maths and English

Important information 

An additional requirement for the apprenticeship position is that you must currently possess a valid Right to Work in the UK. Your visa end date must extend beyond the duration of the apprenticeship programme, which will last up to two years.

Location

This apprenticeship is based in Edinburgh, and you will be expected to work from the Edinburgh office throughout the programme. While our hybrid working policy requires office attendance at least two days per week (40% for full-time colleagues), apprentices are expected to be in the office most days during the initial settling-in period.
