About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, In this role, you’ll be compiling, reviewing, and delivering regulatory reports for our new French banking entity. You’ll also be contributing to process improvements and ensuring the accuracy of financial data used in reporting.

What you'll be doing
- Contributing to developing the regulatory reporting team in France
- Building the reporting framework and operating model for future local branches
- Designing, testing, and implementing business solutions
- Assessing and maintaining financial controls across automated and manual reporting areas
- Developing robust documentation for the regulatory reporting function
- Applying a change management approach to reporting processes
- Developing strong collaboration with business contributors, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvements in global reporting processes
- Implementing initiatives to increase team efficiency and productivity
- Working closely with the finance and accounting teams
- Ensuring consistency in financial reporting across regulatory applications
- Communicating issues with the appropriate data owners
- Monitoring issues in reconciliations and report preparation
- Tracking resolutions to ensure timely and appropriate solutions
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Staying up-to-date on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact, and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting roles (e.g. COREP, FINREP, liquidity RUBA) within a bank or consultancy
- A Solid knowledge of banking regulations, accounting standards, and financial products
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and French
- A demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- An understanding of project life cycles
- Proven ability to lead and implement change in dynamic environments
- The ability to work independently and build relationships across cultural contexts
- A Master’s degree from a business school or university
Nice to have
- Experience with data warehouses and SQL queries
- Experience with reporting tools such as Axiom or TM1
