EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in the third, or fourth year of a bachelorโs degree or diploma in Computer, Software, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field within an accredited school in United States.

Your responsibilities

How the Candidate Will Contribute:
- Assist in analyzing network performance data to identify optimization opportunities. ย ย
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving network issues to improve quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement optimization strategies for 4G/5G networks.
- Conduct drive tests and analyze results to evaluate network performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.

Your skills and experience

You have:
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize radio network performance.
- Basic understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, KPIs, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with drive testing and post-processing of network data.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of RF planning and optimization principles.
- A passion for learning and applying new technologies in telecommunications.
