Support Quality Engineering on implementing and maintaining Quality systems to meet the requirements of production, ISO 9001 and TL 9000
Support Quality Engineering in the Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns and Customer notifications received
Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen, lean methods, etc.
Support training to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system
Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality alerts, etc.
Monitor and report CTQ’s performance in the processes (i.e. SPC)
Support statistical analysis to engineering and production as related to quality issues.
Develop and assurance of measurement systems thru the use of statistical tools (i.e. GR&R)
