
As a Quality Analyst, you will make an impact by you will be responsible for developing and documenting the processes for effective use of AI tools in quality management and operation, finding solutions for complex quality issues with the aid of these tools. You will be a valued member of the the Media Sales Support team and work collaboratively with manager.

Conduct a high volume of audits on all interactions to ensure adherence to company guidelines and quality standards.
Provide detailed and actionable feedback to team members and managers on areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
Identify trends in quality issues and collaborate with trainers and team leads to develop targeted improvement plans.
Prepare and present quality reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent quality scoring across the team.
AI-Assisted Solutions: Utilize AI tools to analyze large volumes of data, identifying root causes of quality issues and developing innovative, scalable solutions.

Intermediate+ English Skills

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform a high volume of work accurately.
Strong ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and clear manner.
Experience in quality assurance or auditing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising principles.
