What You’ll Do

As a Project Management Apprentice, you’ll gain experience working on real projects that have tangible business impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead planning sessions, and support initiatives that make a difference to Amazon’s customers and employees.
Your work will involve coordinating resources, managing risks, and using data-driven insights to track performance and deliver successful outcomes. Every day brings a new opportunity to innovate, simplify, and grow your skills as a future project leader.

During Your Apprenticeship, You’ll Learn How To:

- Manage and support projects to achieve defined objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business priorities
- Identify and mitigate risks, applying structured problem-solving techniques
- Use data and metrics to monitor project progress and report outcomes to stakeholders
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Present project updates using dashboards and reports to communicate impact
- Apply analytical thinking to evaluate and improve processes
- Support strategic planning and contribute ideas that drive positive change

Basic Qualifications

- To qualify for this programme, you must:
- Be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026)
- Have the right to live and work in England (if you are on a visa, this needs to enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration of the programme until September 2030)
- Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
- Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
- Not be registered on another government-funded course ending August 2026 or later
- Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
- Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
- Please note, if you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK then we will require a Statement of Comparability to confirm your eligibility for the scheme. Please ensure you obtain one during the application process, through UK ENIC: https://www.enic.org.uk/
- Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to funding approval
- PLEASE NOTE: This position is a 42-month fixed-term contract. You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
- This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation

- Tech awareness - confidence using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Teams, or project tracking software)
