About the Role:
As part of the Global Sales Programs Team, in this role you will spend eight weeks assisting in the development and execution of a wide range of global programs including: the Sales Excellence Internship program initiatives, employee experience and recognition, and more. You will gain hands-on experience while working side by side with top industry professionals in an engaging environment. With mentorship and direction, the Global Sales Program Intern will assist in solving business challenges and supporting projects which accelerate company and individual growth in our fast paced, rewarding, and dynamic culture!
Majors Welcomed to Apply:
Business Administration, Business Operations, Communications, Marketing, or Project Management preferred.
Location and Dates:
This internship will be onsite in our Austin, TX office. Dates will be Monday, June 1st through Friday, July 31st.
What You'll Do (not limited to):
- Support daily operations and activities of a wide range of Global Sales Strategic Programs initiatives.
- Perform data analysis and research in support of sales related initiatives.
- Assist the Global Sales Programs Team in the evolution, implementation and administration of the Global Sales Excellence Intern program.
- Manage program feedback on curriculum quality, experience, processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- May assist with other initiatives/projects as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- A rising junior or senior graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Doc, Excel/Sheets, PPoint/Slides are key tools for this role).
- Experience with courses in business, administration, project management (bonus)
- Previous experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and SalesNavigator (bonus)
- Resourceful, proactive, ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, strong team contributor, with the ability to adapt efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Superb attention to detail and a knack for creating visually sharp assets.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
