Gain in-depth knowledge of the HSA process, assembly flow, rework flow, testing, and automation machines.
Strive to enhance overall process efficiency and product quality, especially in the reflow interconnect process by increasing the effectiveness of this process.
Conduct detailed studies and analyses to identify areas for improvement, including in-depth study of the physics of heat transfer, reflow soldering, material properties, and product design related to the reflow process.
Perform big data analytics to drive improvements in reflow process efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals through improvement projects.
About you:
Preferable experience in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing and/or assembly processes.
Strong technical knowledge in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, and Data Analytics.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
