This position is based in the United States within the Operations / Continuous Improvement department, reporting directly to the PPI Manager / Lean Leader.

Support process improvement projects using Lean and PPI methodologies.
Assist in facilitating Kaizen events and value stream mapping sessions.
Collect and analyze data on process performance and efficiency opportunities.

Currently pursuing a Masterβs degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Must complete degree between December 2026 - June 2027.

This internship is set to begin on either May 11th or June 15th, 2026 for a duration of 10-12 weeks β dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.

Our undergraduate Operations internships offer an hourly rate between $21.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.

Deep passion for Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in an operations or supply chain setting is a plus.

Familiarity with Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or PPI tools.
Experience with Excel, Power BI, or data visualization tools.
Clear communication and facilitation skills.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work across various shifts may be required.
