Now, we are looking to hire a Platform Operations Analyst to strengthen our operations team and ensure the detailed performance of our pioneering market platforms.
Our Platform Operations team is responsible for the reliable functioning of Nasdaq's critical market systems and infrastructure. The team handles operational excellence across our platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for services that power global financial markets.
In this role, you will operate and maintain our platforms, handling incoming issues, solving incidents, and proactively improving our systems. You'll be responsible for performance testing and recovery procedures for different releases. You'll also participate in exciting projects to enhance and introduce improvements, new products, and entirely new platforms.
