Main responsibilities:
Drive and Support DE&I initiatives in Singapore:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing DE&I events and initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and engagement.
- Develop communication materials such as newsletters, posters, and social media content to enhance awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding and Communications teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with broader company branding.
Project Management & Strategic P&C Initiatives
- Support and coordinate key P&C projects across the MCO, including Early Career Programs, Talent Management and Learning Programs.
- Work transversally with regional and country People Excellence Partners and Leads to drive and champion strategic P&C initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the performance management process, including growth potential assessments, to foster a culture of continuous development and improvement.
- Assist in employee engagement projects, coordinating activities that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new joiners, facilitating a smooth and seamless integration into the organization.
- Prepare and analyze P&C reports, conducting trend analysis to generate insights that support senior leadership in decision-making.

About you
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey ideas in a clear and structured manner.
- Data-oriented with the ability to manage and analyze information.
- Ability to conceptualize events and initiatives and execute them effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
