Your responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation of payroll transactions.
- Support the payroll team in maintaining accurate employee records, including timekeeping and attendance data.
- Help verify payroll calculations and deductions to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist with responding to employee payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Participate in audits and payroll reporting to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including HR and Finance, to improve payroll processes and efficiency.
- Assist in researching payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support payroll documentation and filing for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the payroll team.

Your skills and experience
What is Nokia looking from me:
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with payroll software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
