About the Role & Program:

Within the Walt Disney Studioโs Marketing Partnerships, Promotions, Synergy & Events team, partnerships & promotion is responsible for uniting third-party brands with both Marvel's theatrical films and Disney+ content as well as other select Disney titles to create best-in-class global 360-marketing, media and promotional campaigns.
The Partnerships & Promotions Intern will learn the world of partnerships and promotions by providing operational support with a focus on revenue, metrics and reporting and special projects as needed. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the NY, NY area from January 2026-June 2026.

What You Will Do:
Youโll provide operational support in keeping revenue on track across different business divisions while applying business analysis techniques and strategic thinking to evaluate current processes and recommend improvements. ย On any given day, youโll:
- Translate business performance drivers and metrics into insightful analysis and recommendations, influencing revenue goals and organizational decisions
- Manage assignments independently and as a part of the team to identify, develop, and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness
- Ensure data consistency across Internal Revenue platforms (Operative and Boostr)
- Compile Organic and Paid Social reporting from Meta and Airtable
- Coordinate the collection of supporting documents for Custom Billing; Take screenshots of events in social platforms and compile Project Forms
- Provide status updates on Social, Newsletter, and other Digital deliverables

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency with Excel - including pivot tables and lookup formulas
- Experience in analytical, problem-solving, or process improvement role
- Demonstrated analytical, creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience using Airtable or similar shared database platform
- Working knowledge of Marvel Characters, the Marvel mainline comics, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Education:
- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a closely related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 โ June 2026
- Candidate should be fully available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
- This internship is currently in the office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays, subject to change without notice
- Able to provide own housing and transportation for work in the NY, NY area
