We have multiple roles available across different teams across DDI. By applying for this opportunity, you will be considered for one of the below areas. If you have a particular preference, please note this in your cover letter.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing and Commercial teams for WDW and DCL across EMEA (excluding the UK). Your responsibilities will include coordinating projects, event organisation, managing marketing materials, ensuring brand compliance across all activity, supporting the overall brand positioning and creation of assets to deliver key campaigns. You’ll help track budgets, record sales and marketing activities and results, provide administrative support, all while collaborating with key stakeholders globally to resolve queries and deliver projects efficiently.
You will support the design, development and implementation of marketing campaigns for DLP, WDW and DCL, collaborating with Creative Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to ensure engaging and timely campaign delivery. Your responsibilities will include assisting with copywriting, creative approvals, digital campaign setup, and the end-to-end CRM process while liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies. You'll help produce and execute email campaigns, source and develop content, and analyse marketing strategies to recommend improvements, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
You’ll collaborate with third-party partners across radio, TV, retail, cinema, leisure and beyond, plus various teams across The Walt Disney Company, to support activations driving DLP, WDW, and DCL inspiration via ‘paid, earned, and owned media.’ As part of this team, you’ll help implement strategic, impactful and brand-compliant campaigns with internal and external partners. Many campaigns include opportunities to experience the magic of DLP, WDW, or DCL. You will also coordinate prize winner trip fulfillment, liaising with stakeholders throughout.
You will help shape impactful media campaigns across channels like TV, Digital, Outdoor, Cinema, Radio and Print, supporting DLP, WDW and DCL. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and media agencies to plan, launch, and analyse promotional campaigns, ensuring they align with brand standards and strategic objectives. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and media, offering hands-on experience in campaign development, creative execution, and performance analysis. You’ll contribute fresh ideas for media innovation, coordinate with creative and brand teams, and help drive the success of Disney’s bought, owned, and earned media through insightful collaboration and continuous learning.
You’ll collaborate on the creation of engaging event materials, support trade partner campaigns, and ensure the highest standards for branded content. This internship is ideal for someone interested in events, and brand promotion, offering hands on experience in a dynamic environment where you’ll help bring the magic of Disney Destinations to life through creative projects, strategic partnerships and events such as Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, Road Shows, Travel Agent Conferences, Hospitality events and Familiarisation (FAM) Trips.
