As our next Operations Coordinator (Marketplace), you’ll play a key role in shaping how our marketplace works - from how products are priced and rolled out, to how trades engage with them day-to-day. You’ll work across subscriptions, bookings, payments, and more, helping create smoother, smarter, more valuable experiences for the trades who power Checkatrade.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

• Delivering scalable operations that help us roll out and optimise core marketplace products.
• Spotting ways to improve pricing and product adoption, and making them happen.
• Collaborating with Product, Data, Sales and Engineering to launch features, build tools and align strategies.
• Making sure every initiative helps tradespeople get more value from Checkatrade.

It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:

• Experience in ops, strategy or growth in a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment.
• A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, Excel and SQL are a bonus.
• Confidence in building cross-functional relationships and driving initiatives from idea to impact.

• Screening call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners
• 1st stage interview with our Marketplace Operations Manager
• 2nd stage interview will be a case study with our VP of Marketplace and stakeholders
• 3rd stage interview will be with our Marketplace Operations Manager and VP of Marketplace
