Operations Analyst
Leeds / Hybrid โ 3 days per week from our Leeds (LS15) office
Weโre looking for an Operations Analyst to drive data-led decision making across our Operations function. In this role, youโll analyse complex datasets, build tools and reporting dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, customer experience, and overall efficiency. Youโll also support key Operational projects across EMEA and occasionally assist with order processing during peak periods to ensure a seamless service for our customers.
- Lead the analysis of operational data to surface insights that drive sales, cost savings, and efficiency.
- Partner with Order Management to deliver data-driven actions that enhance performance and customer service levels.
- Track and analyse Operational KPIs, identifying root causes for issues and supporting corrective action.
- Build and maintain a consistent reporting cadence to ensure alignment across teams.
- Lead data tool training sessions to uplift analytical capabilities within the team.
- Support Operational projects and initiatives across EMEA, ensuring data is at the centre of key decisions.
- Develop tools, data models, and reports to automate processes and reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate with Reporting, Global Operations, MDM and IT teams to drive best practice and improve data quality.
- Evolve Power BI dashboards to support a self-service reporting model.
- Support management with reporting for the Revenue Recognition process.
- Assist with data governance, maintaining clean, controlled, and reliable data.
- Provide order processing support during peak periods (e.g., raising orders, booking shipments, orderbook reconciliation).
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, and 3PL partners to ensure OTIF and customer satisfaction targets are met.

What Weโre Looking For
- Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Experience within Operations or Supply Chain functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite.
- AI/Automation experience (preferred).
- Oracle ERP experience (preferred).
