Provide Daily Build Plan: Develop and deliver daily build plans based on Demand Requests and Optimization inputs (material and capacity) from stakeholders.
Monitor Production Plan Execution: Track and ensure that the production plan is being executed as planned, adjusting minimize delivery impacts to customers.
Analyze and Adjust for Delays: Identify delays and disruptions in the production process and adjust the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with the Demand Team: Collaborate with the demand team to address any demand changes, under the guidance of the leadership team.
Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning on a daily basis to ensure goals are met.
Inventory Management: Continually learn and apply best practices in inventory management to avoid excess inventory and reduce waste.
Follow Company Procedures: Ensure compliance with all company rules, procedures, and safety protocols.
Capacity Planning: Collaborate with various departments to forecast and plan for required production capacity based on upcoming demand and resource availability.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
PREFERRED:
Internship or coursework experience related to production or material planning
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and production planning processes
SKILLS:
Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI, Canva, and Generative AI tools
Skill in Project Management
Effective negotiation and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
