How will you make an impact?
- Infrastructure Automation: Assist in developing and deploying automated infrastructure solutions using tools like Ansible, Terraform.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Build scalable and responsive systems using event-driven frameworks and tools like StackStorm.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated processes to ensure reliability and performance.
- Scripting and Coding: Write and maintain Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
- Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system administrators, and DevOps engineers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Documentation: Build and update documentation for automation processes, tools, and systems.
Start Date:
This internship will begin on either May 12th or June 16th, 2025, and last 10-12 weeks, depending upon student availability per academic calendars.
Compensation & Relocation: Our undergraduate Information Technology internships offer an hourly rate between $21.50 - $28.75, depending upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Students must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.
How will you get here?
- Undergraduate student completing an Information Technology-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
- No work experience is required; previous related internships are preferred.
- Track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
- Energized through championing change, driven to get results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
