Multinational Client Services Technician (contract)
Position Description:
Coordinate implementation of Multinational programs across the globe ensuring seamless end-to-end client experience across all functions like Underwriters, Multinational, Operations, Credit Control, Claims and so on.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for multinational insurance programs and policies of low to medium complexity.
- Review and interpret source underwriting materials regarding completeness of required information - including broker presentation, slips, underwriting files, and accounts / claims experience - and if required, escalation to Underwriter in case of missing information.
- Provide recommendations to Underwriters on Multinational program structure, steering of implementation globally, including providing instructions to all involved servicing local offices globally, reconciliation of all issues and addressing questions regarding cover and wording with Underwriters. Ensure all local policies are issued in a timely fashion and client expectations are met
Requirements
- 1-3 years' working experience in clientfacing functions, working experience in placing international
insurance programs would be an advantage - 2-5 years' experience in corporate or specialty insurance with good understanding of insurance
products and terminologies - 3-5 years' experience in working in an international environment
- University graduate or holders of ACII/ANZIIF qualifications or equivalent would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good team player
- Good time management skill, highly motivated, proactive, and self-starter
