What the Role Entails

1. Develop large motion generation model, supporting text, video, speech and music as inputs for advanced game development.

2. Explore interactive motion generation based on physics simulation, integrating cutting-edge technologies (such as VLA and RL) to enhance the expressiveness of generated motions.

3. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate 3D motion generation seamlessly into gaming environments, thereby enhancing player experience.

4. Conduct ongoing research and application of the latest trends and technologies in 3D motion generation.

Who We Look For

Qualifications:

1.PhD degree in Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, Mathmatics, Game Design, Animation, Reinforcement Learning or a related field.
2.Extensive experience in pose estimation, multi-modal motion generation, RL and VLA.
3.Strong research ability with publications in top computer vision and graphics conferences and journals (such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH, SIGGRAPH Asia, NIPS, ICML, PAMI, IJCV, TOG, TVCG, ICRA, RSS, CoRL, etc.).
4.Demonstrated skills in VLA, RL, 3D pose estimation, motion generation or character animation.
5.Excellent communication skills with a proven record of effective collaboration in a team environment.


Preferred:


1.Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Motion Builder, Blender) and game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
2.A substantial portfolio or published work showcasing a wide range of 3D motion generation or digital human.
3.Experience in motion capture technology and advanced character rigging techniques.
4.In-depth knowledge of scripting and automation within 3D animation software
