Key Responsibilities
As an intern, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Experimentation & Analysis: Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to drive a deeper understanding of processes and systems.
- Data Interpretation: Analyzing and interpreting data to generate actionable insights, and preparing reports to share findings with team members and leadership.
- Hands-on Work: Conducting practical work in manufacturing environments to support project objectives.
- Communication: Clearly communicating project updates and outcomes through memos, technical reports, and presentations to supervisors, team members, and leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in a Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering discipline.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to develop solutions with peers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and project demands.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional software applications, such as SolidWorks, PI ProcessBook, or PI Vision.
- Data analytics skills to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
