Our comprehensive process encompasses design, development, qualification, and integration. We specialize in automated machinery, tooling (such as Slider Electrical Test Socket--SETS and Minideck--MD), and process development for component testing systems, including Slider Dynamic Electrical Test (SDET) and Component Evaluation Tool (ComET).

About the role - you will:
β
- Implement a new tooling and conversion kits for automated equipment to support new production requirements.
- Create detailed 2D component designs and release documentation using EPDM, Windchill, and ECN processes.
- Utilize GD&T, tolerance analysis, FMEA, and simulation tools for design optimization.
- Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to investigate root cause mechanisms and validate engineering hypotheses.
- Perform continual improvement initiatives on legacy equipment to enhance performance and reduce downtime.
- Integrate data analysis, machine learning, and AI techniques to improve equipment performance and predictive maintenance.

About you:

- B.S. degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in related field with proficiency of CAD/FEA software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS.
- TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
- βCan-doβ attitude, an open mindset, and detail oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork ability.
