XGoogle invites you to join us for a unique summer experience in a 10-12 weeks paid internship for MBA students. Our MBA interns work on projects handling some of our complex business challenges in the tech industry. Our graduate interns have joined us in areas across the business, such as Marketing, Advertising Sales and Operations, Cloud, and more.Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in Hong Kong for the duration of the internship program. Please complete your application before December 31, 2025.This internship is intended for students in their penultimate academic year. To be eligible for this program, candidates must have an expected graduation date in December 2026 or 2027 and be available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during 2026 summer.Google is a global company and, in order to facilitate efficient collaboration and communication globally, English proficiency is a requirement for this internship program.

Minimum qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a MBA program.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience prior to the MBA program in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Technical Sales and Operations, or related fields.
  
• Ability to complete a 10-12 week internship at the assigned office in summer 2026 and to return to a MBA degree program after completion of the internship.
• Ability to take initiative and be an independent thinker.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage strategic and challenging business problems.
  
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
  
• Interest in the Internet and Google's technology and Ads business.
