This is a unique high-visibility opportunity for a current MBA candidate to gain direct exposure to the strategic management of a global IT/Digital organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CIO, you will act as a key enabler for the CIOโs leadership team.

This role is a blend of strategy, operations, data analytics, and project management. You will be responsible for supporting the operational rhythm of the business, enhancing organizational intelligence, and driving key strategic projects that enable the CIO's agenda.

Key Responsibilities

- Office of the CIO Operations:
- Support the Chief of Staff in managing the daily operations and strategic cadence of the CIO's office, including preparing for executive reviews, tracking key priorities, and managing leadership meeting agendas.
- Assist in coordinating high-priority, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the CIO's strategic goals.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for the CIO and senior leadership.
- Performance Management:
- Contribute to the performance management framework for the IT/Digital organization.
- Assist in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) against strategic business objectives.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence:
- Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to provide real-time visibility into project status, financial performance, and operational health.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
- Knowledge Management:
- Support the development and implementation of a robust Knowledge Management (KM) strategy for the CIO organization.
- Help establish best practices for capturing, organizing, and disseminating critical information and intellectual property.
- Identify tools and processes to improve collaboration and information accessibility across digital teams.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program from a premier business school.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven recommendations.
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in Google slides (crafting executive-level narratives) and Google sheet (data analysis, modeling).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker studio, Power BI, Tableau) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Knowledge Management tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
