Role Description:
Global Fees and Billing which is part of the Global Markets Shared Operations organisation has a very exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and growing global billing team. Responsible for managing a wide variety third party billing for Global Markets Sales and Trading. The Billing team provide billing services across product which provides our talented group with opportunities to partner with senior stakeholders across the Front Office, Business Management, Finance, Vendor Managers, Senior Operations Management as well as many others.
The Billing team supports Global Markets trading desks from Dublin. The role involves the recording, allocation and reporting of commissions. In addition, the associate will partner across team to create customer billing and support clients as they navigate any charges incurred. As part of the role the successful candidate will learn about securities trade and settlement related fees and expense management at Bank of America and how the Fees and Billing team validate and monitor those expenses.

Responsibilities:
- Maintains accuracy of client portfolio using internal and external comparison tools
- Performs research and conducts standard analyses using established techniques, including transactions that require special handling and exception handling
- Explores methods to enhance processes, further reduce risks, and boost client experience
- Partners with colleagues on the trade and sales support teams, as well as external agents
- Creates reports and liaises with internal partners to ensure proper client reporting and assist with regulatory reporting
- Escalates potential risks and exposures to manager in a timely manner
- Assists with ad-hoc projects, new processes, or initiatives requiring coordination among subject matter experts representing multiple product areas or functions
