Role Description
You'll be actively contributing to the smooth operation of our Sales organizations in France and potentially across EMEA and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
You will assist the team in various tasks, to help support the sales and professional services organisations such as handling routine legal support on RFPs, reviewing and possibly negotiating NDAs, SOWs, assignment agreements, standard amendments…, work on pre-litigation matters or situations, and to help with translation when needed. You will also work on projects aimed at scaling the way we work: contributing to updates of our content library, contributing to drafting standard operating procedures, etc.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Master 2 in business law or IT law with a “contrat d’apprentissage”
- Empathy, curiosity, enthusiasm- you want to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English & French
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills applied to legal, business and operational issues
- Ideally some knowledge of Data Protection law (including GDPR)
- Adaptable, pro-active and resilient with a desire to continually learn and develop professionally
- Interest in tech and digital services in general
- Team spirited and collaborative attitude
- Previous internship(s) in the Legal department of an IT company, or of an international company, would be a plus but not a must
