βͺ The Lab Analyst will be responsible for general laboratory support as well as routine compendia (or equivalent) testing. After training, the Lab Analyst will perform routine testing in compliance with laboratory test methods and procedures to support the manufacturing, R&D, etc.

The Lab Analyst is expected to apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations, recognize discrepancies in results, and follow operations through a series of detailed steps and processes.

Sample preparation, including weighing, extractions, pH measurements, etc.

βͺ Logging in samples into a LIMS or manual system, which would include logbooks and the maintenance of control numbers.
βͺ Performing and monitoring routine compendia testing
βͺ Making and recording observations and calculations.
