βThe Junior Talent Acquisition team will be responsible for supporting the attraction, engagement, and hiring of self-employed consultants.You will take ownership by creating several strategic sourcing initiatives to identify the best possible people for Dojo.Additionally, you will be heavily involved in helping us build a scalable, partnership-driven recruitment infrastructure, with a range of initiatives and projects for you to contribute to and take ownership over.

βWhat you will doβ¦
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for current openings, maintaining a consultative approach at all times.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates through a variety of sources. Whilst we use LinkedIn Recruiter, Infojobs and other Job Boards we want people who know this isnβt the be-all and end-all of sourcing.
- Seek to go above and beyond to find the best self-employed consultants on the market.
- Hold detailed interviews to truly understand the candidateβs suitability.
- Provide smart, concise reporting to your key partners.
- Use data to your advantage, and utilise our ATS system to its full potential.
