As a Junior Security Administrator in the Identity and Access Management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the security and integrity of our applications, databases, and platforms. You will work closely with IT and business teams, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards. In this role, you will support daily security administration tasks, respond to access-related issues, and contribute to audits and compliance activities. · Perform daily security administration tasks, including user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and privilege management
· Support and troubleshoot access-related issues, including privileged access requests and incidents
· Ensure timely response to security alerts, requests, and on-call support duties
· Maintain accurate documentation of security processes, user access records, and privileged access activities
· Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
· Assist in audits, compliance activities, and periodic access reviews
· Participate in on-call support rotation
· Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes
· Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
· Adapt to new technologies and evolving security requirements
· Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Strong understanding of security administration principles and best practices
· Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
· Willingness to participate in on-call support rotation
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business teams
· Commitment to maintaining security and compliance standards
· Knowledge of Active Directory and privileged access management
