Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess qualifications, motivation, and culture fit..
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track basic recruitment metrics (e.g., number of applicants, timeโtoโfill) and assist in regular recruitment reporting.
Provide clear and timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding preparation for new hires, including documentation and scheduling.

You have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internship or full-time).
You are familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, local job boards).
You have strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for finding the right people.
You are proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
You have a team-oriented mindset and enjoy collaborating across teams and departments.
You have excellent spoken and written Georgian and English skills
