As a Junior HR administrator (Benefits), you will be a part of Nasdaq’s Global Benefits team. You will be based in our Vilnius office and report to the Senior Director of Benefits for EMEA.
What can we offer?
This is a great opportunity for you to be part of our Global Benefits team. Primarily, you will support the EMEA Benefits team in the coordination of our offerings and guide employees in this region. You will support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs including, but not limited to pensions, health and wellness benefits, life and accident insurance, and perquisite programs. Coordinate benefits invoicing process. Additionally, you will work closely with our global benefits colleagues.
In this role you will:
- Play a key role in enhancing the employee experience regarding benefit programs in EMEA region. This includes partnering with external benefit administration partners, assisting employees with benefits-related requests.
- Manage and administer the day-to-day operations and delivery of benefits programs across assigned countries.
- Ensure enrollments, changes and terminations of benefits are processed accurately.
- Prepare reports and manage benefit related data as well as benefits invoices administration.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed.
- Assist with the development/review of benefit summaries and booklets.
- Work with the benefits team to develop and implement new benefit programs.
The Best-Suited Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Proven analytic proficiency (Excel) and development of engaging presentations (PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail; ability to adapt in a high-pressure environment.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken (another European language will be an advantage).
- Experience working with accounting or data reporting and is comfortable with financial/cost analysis considered as an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience with administration of benefits or as an HR operations or related field considered as an advantage.
