Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners, process experts, and technical teams to define clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for eShop functionalities.
- Create IT requirements (user stories), process flows (e.g., BPMN), wireframes, and acceptance criteria; conduct refinements with development and QA teams.
- Develop test cases and perform testing of implemented IT requirements.
- Support the creation and maintenance of application-related documentation.

Your profile
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an e-commerce or digital product environment.
- Demonstrable experience working on B2B and/or B2C e-commerce platforms.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies, and system integrations (e.g., ERP, PIM/MAM, Customer Master Data).
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and requirements management tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
