Purpose:

Our J&J Technology Co-op Program is comprehensive learning and professional experience in the technology space at one of the worldβs leading health care companies. Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fits you. Co-op positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last from March 30th, 2026 β September 18th, 2026. This program also works as a feeder pool for our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full-time employment upon completion of your degree. If you are selected for a co-op position, you will work directly with your manager as your start date approaches to confirm your exact schedule.

As a J&J Technology Business Development Analyst Co-Op, you will discover ways to apply artificial intelligence and other technologies in Business Development through internal and external research, and process and data analysis. You will present those findings to key stakeholders and leadership sponsors for consideration. This position offers great potential for learning both technical and non-technical skills, and leading in a technology business context.

Required Qualifications
β
- Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future (The company does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status. Students currently in the country on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require future sponsorship).
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
- Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelorβs or masterβs degree, cannot graduate prior to agreed end date.
- For Bachelor level students, by start date, must be considered a sophomore or above.
- Ability to work full time (40 hours a week during regular working business hours) for the full term. Planned dates of March β September 2026.
- Have a passion for a career in technology.
- Preferred fields include Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering / Development or Data Science.
- Our JJT Co-op Program works as a feeder pool to our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full-time employment upon completion of your degree.
