
Your Role as IT Support Engineer I

Provide expert support for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Operations
• Drive network excellence through advanced engineering, infrastructure management, and systems administration
• Maintain critical systems uptime and performance during operational hours
• Execute local technical projects from conception to completion
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges
• Design and implement efficient IT solutions and processes
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures
Customer Support & Collaboration
• Partner with leadership and teams to enhance IT infrastructure
• Provide expert technical support across multiple facilities
• Deliver remote assistance to distributed teams
• Travel within region to support on-site needs as required
This position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to ensure seamless operations across our network of facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering innovative IT solutions.
- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing own tasks and those of other team members for multiple projects
- 2+ years of computer networking experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
- PMP Certification
