IT Support Analyst (Frankfurt)
Weโll trust you to:
- Provide end user support for all employees within the Frankfurt offices and support for remote users in the rest of Europe; approximately for 250 employees
- Operate the helpdesk ticketing system, receiving and logging user requests and relaying information to those responsible for action, including monitoring logged requests until completion;
- Provide IT and AV support to high profile clients and meetings; (Cisco, Webex, MS Teams);
- Deployment and administration of hardware, software and mobile technologies (iPhone/iPad);
- Maintain records for iPhone/Mobile (inventory and billing);
- Undertake practical and administrative tasks involved in joiners and leaversโ processes;
- Set up PC monitors, IT equipment, cabling to workstations, patching, telephone configurations;
- Provide weekly maintenance of client meeting rooms, training room, other meeting rooms, pool laptops, IDFs, IT stores;
- Get Ad hoc project work when required and provide day to day support;

Youโll need to have:
- A minimum of 3 yearsโ experience providing support in an IT environment;
- Fluent German and English skills;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: formatting Word documents, understanding Excel formulas, and data visualization;
- An understanding of data protection and information security requirements;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills โ articulate and confident, with the ability to assist users of all technical abilities and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies;
- A "can do," proactive attitude, alongside a high level of adaptability, self-motivation, autonomy and initiative;
- The ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and be punctual and reliable;
- Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis capabilities;
- The ability to maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft 365 applications, Apple iOS, Active Directory, PC deployment process, SCCM, ServiceNow and basic networking skills, cabling, patching, wireless.
