Job Duties:
Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day support related to the identity and access management processes
- Ensure proper implementation and control of production accounts according to policies, standards and procedures
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of IT processes in ensuring compliance with policies and IT standards
- Perform regular review to identity opportunity to improve the identity and access management process and workflow.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to support the implementation of security measures, improving processes to be more efficient and effective. Β
- Work with internal customers and IT application teams to understand access requirements for integrating business applications with the IAM tools.
- Maintain an inventory of privileged accounts and ensure proper use of these accounts with the aid of leading Privileged Identity Management (PIM) tool
- Carry out work on-site in some weekends to support IT teams on account management related activities
- Automate and streamline daily BAU activities to improve operational efficiency
- Occasional travel to Mainland China offices may be required to support cross-location IT operations and service management activities

Requirements:
β
- Strong knowledge of IT service management with three or more yearsβ experience in incident and problem management, change management, identity and access management, and asset inventory management
- Experience with leading ITSM / IGA solutions (e.g. SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, etc.)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines
- Experience in financial services industry or other highly regulated organisations is preferred while not essential
- ITIL certified, with knowledge in ITIL processes such as change management, asset management, configuration management, incident management, problem management is an advantage
- Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skill.
