Position Responsibilities:
β
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather data, analyze current processes, define requirements, and document impacts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Perform business process analysis and redesign by identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and documenting βAs-Isβ and βTo-Beβ processes for quality design.
- Support project delivery and execution by collaborating with project teams and business partners, preparing presentations, documentation, and assisting in tracking deliverables.
- Translate findings into actionable outputs such as business/functional requirements, design documents, business cases, feasibility studies, and position papers for key initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and stakeholder presentations that consolidate data, analysis, and recommendations to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
β
- Education: Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
- Experience: At least three years of relevant experience
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
- Shift Schedule (indicate if itβs day, mid, night, or rotating): Amenability to work on the assigned schedule (dependent on business need)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document business processes and requirements clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications (i.e., other tools, soft skills, etc.)

- Experience using project management tools and methodologies.
- Skilled in process mapping and workflow visualization (e.g., Visio).
- Strong understanding of business case development and feasibility analysis.
- Ability to create clear, impactful presentations (PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including MS Excel and Power BI.
