As an IT Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into high-quality technical solutions. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, design support, testing coordination, and post-implementation support.

Position Responsibilities:
β
- Collaborate closely with business units to gather, analyze, and define business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Translates business and user requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Assist PO and development teams in clarifying requirements and prioritizing features.
- Coordinates recommended process changes, enhancements and product implementations, including test plans to ensure successful implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to drive project progress and resolve issues and risks.
- Continuously optimize business processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solution recommendations.

Required Qualifications:
β
- Bachelorβs degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a related role, preferably with experience in large-scale system implementations.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, etc.
- Proficient in English communication across all four skills: listening, reading, speaking, and writing

Preferred Qualifications:
β
- Experience in insurance-related projects, including Point of sales, policy management, compensation, claims processing, or digital transformation in the insurance domain.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus.
