Role Purpose:
Provide daily support to the project IRO-Go Lean focused on optimize time and SLA for IRO case resolution

Key Responsibilities:
Support the optimization of IRO case resolution time and SLA adherence.
- Assist with case codification to ensure proper documentation and categorization.
- Perform account reconciliation activities related to AP and Finance processes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives under the Go Lean methodology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ERP workflows and IRO procedures.
- Provide support in preparing reports, Excel analyses, and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, , Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
