
The Investment Analyst/Associate is part of the team that manages the Schroders Capital European private equity portfolio.

‍
•   Execute due diligence / make investments in European private equity (direct/co-investments, primaries and secondaries) for Schroders Capital own funds and mandate clients
•   Further the direct investment strategy of the firm
•   Analyse, assess and make investment recommendations
•   Conduct industry research and develop insights relevant for European investments
•   Support the preparation of quarterly reports and investment updates for Schroders Capital investors
•   Support preparation of client pitches and requests

‍
•   Proven financial experience; 2 - 6 years working in direct private equity investing, investment banking, corporate finance or financial consulting
•   A very good degree in Natural Sciences, Economics, Finance or Business Administration from a reputable university ideally combined with a postgraduate training (CFA or CAIA)
•   Sector specialization is an advantage
•   Excellent command of English and German language, another European language is a plus
