Responsibilities
- Collaborate on business analysis, business development, and project management office activities aimed at improving efficiency and developing the operational and business model.
- Proactively participate in team activities.
- Support the preparation of materials (e.g., documents for: (a) mapping and monitoring activities, (b) sharing requirements and analyses, (c) periodically updating the working group on progress and challenges).
- Manage specific initiatives with increasing levels of autonomy and exposure.
- Organize and participate in meetings and committees, as well as interact with various business functions to explore themes related to finance, commercial, legal, regulatory, tax, and/or business and operational processes of the bank, as well as sustainability/ESG areas.

- Interest and knowledge in the Financial Services sector and sustainability/ESG issues.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Master's degree (preferably a graduate) with a focus on management/finance (i.e., economics/engineering).
- Previous internship experience in consulting/financial sector is a preferred asset.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and good knowledge of major AI systems (e.g., Copilot).
