Job Description

Tasks:

• Key-in Inbound shipping data into Inbound Tracking System.
• Issue Collection Advice to Collect sample item from Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM)
• File Customs Consolidate Statement documents
• Provide Consolidate Statement and Invoice copy to Business Unit (GB) upon request.

Projects:

• Update Harmonized System Code of new Stock-Keeping Unit into Tariff code file
• Communicate with Malaysia Royal Custom department for duty
• Drawback claim

Qualifications

• Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Logistics/ Supply Chain.
• Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
• Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): Intermediate Excel Skills
• Joining date: January 2026
