The team is responsible for internal advisory regarding Financial Markets Regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, Canada Derivative Reform, and Market Access Rules during the client life cycle. Additionally, the team is responsible for ongoing adherence monitoring in relation to these regulations. The role involves information and documentation collection to enable the account opening process.
