Do you have a passion for sustainability? Do you want to be part of the journey to make things happen? Do you want to help bring clarity to the environmental performance of a large organization?
We’re looking for a candidate who will:
• Support the development and implementation of environmental initiatives for Switzerland, aligned with internal environmental targets, including energy efficiency projects, recycling programs, and employee awareness campaigns
• Assist in monitoring and reporting environmental metrics - such as energy consumption, waste management, and carbon emissions - turning data into valuable insights to drive performance improvements.
• Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and documentation for audits or stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., facilities, procurement, and compliance) to gather data and identify opportunities for environmental improvements
You will be directly involved in day-to-day project operations, gaining business-specific exposure from professionals with different areas of expertise within the Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC). You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your internship. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this internship is for you.
You will be working for the UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC) in our Krakow office. GRESC manages UBS’s global real estate portfolio; provides workplaces that support our employees and clients; and drives the sourcing and vendor strategy. As Environmental Program Assistant Switzerland you will report to the Regional Environmental Manager Switzerland and play an important role in our global efforts towards improving environmental performance throughout our buildings, data centers, services and supply chain.

• Possesses strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with fluency in German and English
• Has a strong interest in sustainability and an affinity for working with data
• Brings a proactive, team-oriented mindset and can work independently
