‍In your new role you will:

• Project Involvement: Work closely with the HiRel Project Management team to support ongoing R&D projects
• Tool Learning: Learn and use project management tools and methodologies specific to HiRel R&D
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to running R&D projects under the supervision of an experienced R&D project manager
• Skill Development: Build hands-on experience in project management within a 12-week summer internship

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
• Project Skills: Interest in project management with strong organizational and time management skills
• Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn tools and methods specific to R&D project workflows
• Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
• US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
