Government Collaboration: Work with government representatives to update and maintain Infineon’s presence on qualified parts and manufacturer lists
Product Development: Gain an understanding of and participate in product development and manufacturing procedures related to aerospace and defense electronic products
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency of processes required to release aerospace and defense products to the market
Product Familiarity: Develop knowledge of Infineon’s extensive product offerings and internal operations
Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects
Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and solve problems effectively
Technical Skills: Experience identifying electronic components is a plus, and familiarity with ACCESS database software is beneficial
Academic Performance: Must have a current GPA of 3.0 or higher
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
