In your new role you will:

• Project Leadership: Assist R&D backend operations to ensure efficient product development
• Workflow Optimization: Support the engineering design team with optimization of workflows to help minimize project costs
• Debugging Support: Support bench setups for simple product debugging and checkout
• Product Testing: Work with Test Engineers to ensure test compliance for product specifications

‍You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

• Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
• Engineering Knowledge: Basic understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
• Process Development: Knowledge creating and sustaining process-driven methods for product development
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Process Simplification: Ability to break down complex engineering standards and workflows into actionable, easy-to-understand steps
• Initiative: A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when required
• US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
